We retain players better than average with this process because of the variety of tastes our squads offer. If issues arise with certain players, rather than giving them the boot, CWP Co-Leaders usually attempt moving the player to another CWP squad before letting them go. New members often start in one squad but occasionally find they’re a better fit in another CWP squad. We are six separate, equal and autonomous warring squads, each with their own unique approach, preferences and war style. There is no tolerance for unnecessary drama and we strive for simplicity and fun. We are a highly active, donating team that puts real life first.
